Please contact us at least six months before your preferred dates so we can arrange the venue and invite speakers. Dedicated sessions are subject to venue availability and final confirmation by AASE.

Group Registration Benefits

Bringing colleagues or students to any AASE conference? Register together and enjoy:

Group Rate: USD 350

When four or more presenters from the same institution register for the same conference, every presenter pays the Early Bird rate, regardless of the registration date.

Free Registration for the Group Leader

For every six paid presenters in a group, the group leader's own registration is complimentary (group leader only; not transferable or exchangeable for cash).

Partner Institution Recognition

Institutions participating as a group may be acknowledged as a Partner Institution on the conference page.

Listeners

Listeners pay the Listener rate (USD 220) and are not counted toward the group benefits.

How to Register as a Group

1. Request the Group Registration Form from the Secretariat.
2. Fill in your group information and the list of participants.
3. Email the completed form to aase.association@gmail.com before registering.
4. The Secretariat will confirm your group benefits and send the payment invoices.
