Experience Innovation in the World's Largest Metropolis

As the capital of Japan and one of the world's foremost centres of technology, research, and higher education, Tokyo provides an exceptional setting for academic inquiry. Participants can witness the seamless coexistence of centuries-old tradition and frontier work in robotics, artificial intelligence, and digital public infrastructure. The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, set within the historic grounds of Shiba Park beside Tokyo Tower, offers a refined and tranquil environment only minutes from the city's principal academic and business districts.

Tokyo serves as a "living laboratory" where scholars can observe the real-world impact of AI on education, an ageing society, and urban systems operating at extraordinary scale. Moreover, Japan's national "Society 5.0" vision—placing human wellbeing at the centre of technological advancement—serves as a model for how AI can be integrated into everyday life while preserving social cohesion. This makes the city more than just a venue; it is a tangible benchmark for the very "Social Symbiosis" that AI-ESS-12 aims to explore and define for the global academic community.
