Abstract Only: We encourage participants to submit abstracts to share their research progress and engage in discussions. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings, without requiring a full paper submission.
Paper Template: A paper template is available for reference on the AASE website. We welcome theoretical, applied, and cross-disciplinary research contributions.

Oral Presentations: Each presenter will have 15 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A. Presentations will be grouped by related topics into thematic sessions.
Poster Presentations: Authors may present interactive posters in a designated session.
Awards and Publication Opportunities
In recognition of exceptional contributions, the conference will present the Best Paper, Excellent Paper, and Student Awards. These accolades will highlight groundbreaking research and inspire future exploration in each respective field. All submissions will undergo a blind peer review by a scientific committee and will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals.
We invite esteemed authors to submit abstracts, full papers, and posters that have not been previously presented at other conferences. Our conference embraces and values multicultural perspectives, providing a collaborative environment where diverse viewpoints are encouraged. We aim to challenge conventional research paradigms and inspire new ideas in a supportive setting.
All accepted submissions (papers, abstracts, and posters) will undergo a blind review process by the scientific committee. Approved submissions will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be assigned a unique International Standard Book Number (ISBN). The digital proceedings will be made available for viewing and downloading from the AASE website after the conference.
Furthermore, selected articles will have the opportunity for publication in associated Scopus-indexed journals, such as Emerald Publishing.
Post-conference proceedings will be published in the International Science Index and submitted for indexing by Thomson Reuters, CiteSeerX, Google Scholar, and Scopus. The journal covers a broad spectrum of research in fields such as science, engineering, technology, management, business, and education.
